Terms of Service

Last updated: June 27, 2026

By using this service ("the service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. The service

The service provides a free, two-person, browser-based video call tool. It is offered as-is, without any guarantee of availability, uptime, performance, or fitness for any particular purpose. It is a personal project, not a commercial product.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the service. If you are under the age of majority in your country, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

3. Acceptable use

4. Not for emergencies

The service is NOT a substitute for emergency communication services. Do not use it to contact emergency services (police, fire, medical). It may be unavailable at any time without warning.

5. No warranty

The service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, security, or uninterrupted operation.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator of the service shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the service — even if the operator has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

You use the service entirely at your own risk.

7. Your content and privacy

The service does not record, store, or transmit your audio and video content to the operator. Your call media flows directly between you and the other participant via WebRTC. See the Privacy Policy for details on what technical metadata is collected.

You are solely responsible for what you say, show, and share during a call, and for ensuring you have the legal right to share it.

8. Third-party services

The service depends on third-party infrastructure (STUN/TURN servers, IP geolocation lookup). The operator is not responsible for the privacy practices, performance, or availability of these third parties. See the Privacy Policy for the full list.

9. Availability and changes

The service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice. The operator may also update these terms from time to time; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Termination

The operator may block any IP address or refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason, particularly if these terms are violated. There is no appeal process because there is no account.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the operator's country of residence, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from your use of the service shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
